This repository is licensed under the MIT License (see LICENSE), with one
exception:

The following packages were merged in from the MANYA Intelligence OS
project and remain licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0, per
their own `LICENSE` files, `package.json` `license` fields, and source
file headers. They are NOT relicensed as MIT by virtue of living in this
repository — their original terms apply, unchanged:

  - packages/constitution     (Apache-2.0)
  - packages/contracts        (Apache-2.0)
  - packages/council          (Apache-2.0)
  - packages/customs-shield   (Apache-2.0)
  - packages/nervous-system   (Apache-2.0)
  - packages/weave            (Apache-2.0)

Both licenses are permissive and compatible with each other. If you
redistribute this repository as a whole, you must comply with both the
MIT License (for everything else) and the Apache License, Version 2.0
(for the six packages listed above), including preserving their
Apache NOTICE/LICENSE files and copyright headers.
