PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR THE FUSKR BROWSER EXTENSION ================================================== 1. NO TRACKING OR TELEMETRY Fuskr does not collect, transmit, or share any information about you or your use of the extension. No analytics, crash reporters, or telemetry services of any kind are included. Your browsing activity is never sent anywhere by this extension. 2. LOCAL STORAGE ONLY The extension stores your preferences (display settings, gallery history, and logging configuration) exclusively in your browser's local extension storage. This data never leaves your device. 3. OPTIONAL DIAGNOSTIC LOGGING Fuskr includes an opt-in diagnostic logging feature. It is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled in the Options page. On Firefox 139 and later, enabling logging will display a browser-native consent prompt asking whether you agree to the extension collecting technical and interaction data. You may grant or revoke this consent at any time via the "Permissions and data" tab in about:addons. On Chrome, the same opt-in checkbox applies; no browser-level prompt is shown as Chrome does not yet implement the data-collection permissions API. When enabled, log entries are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted anywhere automatically. 4. SHARING LOGS (ENTIRELY OPTIONAL) If you are experiencing a problem with Fuskr and wish to help diagnose it, you may use the "Export Logs" button in the Options page to download a log file and attach it to a bug report on the Fuskr GitHub repository (bearing in mind that this is a PUBLIC repository). Before sharing any log file, please review its contents to ensure you are comfortable with the information it contains. Logs may include URLs of images you attempted to gallery-ise and technical details about your browser environment. NEVER SHARE LOGS THAT CONTAIN INFORMATION YOU CONSIDER SENSITIVE! Sharing logs is entirely voluntary and is never required. 5. SUMMARY - No tracking. No telemetry. No data leaves your device automatically. - Logging is opt-in, local-only, and fully under your control. - You choose if and when to share a log file, and with whom.
