DarkMax Mod License

1. Distribution
   Any files covered by this license may only be distributed through Modrinth or CurseForge.
   If the mod is presented on any other platform, it must not provide a direct download. Instead, it must link to the official Modrinth or CurseForge page.

   Private Distribution Exception:
   Sharing the mod file privately (e.g., with friends) is allowed, provided it is not publicly hosted, redistributed, or monetized.

2. Media Usage
   Official images or artwork may not be reused on external sites.
   If images are shown elsewhere, they must be original screenshots or media created by the uploader.

3. Reuploads, Ports, and Credits
   Permission must be obtained before:

* Reuploading the mod
* Porting it to another modloader
* Porting it to another Minecraft version

Contact must be made through official accounts listed on the mod pages (e.g., TikTok, Discord, CurseForge comments).

Ports will be declined if an official version already exists for the requested loader or game version.

When permission is granted, proper credit must be given to:
Dark__Max or Dark__Max416

4. Compatibility Modifications
   You may create compatibility additions with other mods without permission.
   Credit to the original author must still be provided.

5. Artwork Ownership
   Artwork or images created by Dark__Max or contributors must not be claimed as your own work.

6. Commercial Use
   Use of the mod in commercial contexts (such as monetized content) is allowed.
   Credit is appreciated but not required.
