HandyCue respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and deleted in the HandyCue mobile application.

Information We Collect

Account Information
If you create an account, we may store:
- Email address
- User profile information
- App settings and preferences

Profile Images
Users may optionally upload a profile picture. This image is stored securely and used only for displaying the user profile within the app.

App Settings
The app stores certain settings to personalize your experience, including:
- Voice preferences
- Training settings
- Favorites

Camera and Photo Access

HandyCue may request access to your device camera or photo library to allow you to upload a profile image.

The app does not access the camera or photos without your permission.

Images are only uploaded when you explicitly choose to upload them.

How We Use Information

Information collected is used to:
- Provide core application functionality
- Store user preferences
- Improve the training experience

HandyCue does not sell or share personal information.

Data Storage

User data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

HandyCue retains user account data only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, maintain user accounts, and support legitimate operational, security, and legal requirements.

Users can delete their account directly in the app by opening the account menu and going to:
Account > Delete my account

When an account is deleted, the user's account information, profile data, and associated personal data stored by HandyCue are typically deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or temporary backup retention.

Children's Privacy

HandyCue is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
