This repository is the public distribution, documentation and community
repository for LakeDB. The LakeDB application source code is not licensed as
open source.

Permission is granted to download and use official LakeDB release builds from
the official LakeDB repositories for personal, professional, evaluation and
internal use, subject to the public beta terms, privacy notice and release
notes published in this repository.

You may copy, quote and link to the public documentation in this repository for
reasonable review, support, educational and community discussion purposes,
provided that attribution to LakeDB is preserved.

You may not sell, sublicense, repackage, redistribute, modify or create
derivative versions of the LakeDB application binaries without prior written
permission. You may not remove product names, notices, safety warnings or
origin information from distributed files. Reverse engineering, decompilation
or disassembly is not permitted except to the extent that applicable law
requires such permission.

LakeDB is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. The author is not
liable for database changes, data loss, service interruption, security
incidents or other damages arising from installation, use or misuse of the
software. Users remain responsible for reviewing SQL, using least-privilege
database accounts, keeping backups and following their own production change
controls.

Third-party dependencies remain governed by their respective licenses.
