适用范围
本声明适用于 gpt-dragon-niang-bust.png，以及由该图制作的角色图标、
应用图标和图片副本。该素材不适用项目代码的 MIT License。
本声明不修改代码许可，也不修改 quotes-LICENSE.txt 中的上游语录许可。

素材来源与权利
当前龙娘图片由 ImageGen 根据用户提供的角色参考生成，制作过程见
同目录的“生成说明.md”。参考图、参考角色及可能涉及的第三方图像、
角色设计或商标的权利仍归各自权利人；本项目不主张拥有这些第三方权利。

使用范围
在维护者有权许可的范围内，允许图片随本项目及其非商业副本，作为
挂件或项目说明的一部分展示和分发，并保留本声明与素材来源说明。
未经相关权利人另行授权，不得将角色或图片用于商业产品、广告、
周边销售、收费素材包等商业用途，也不得作为独立素材包分发。
代码的 MIT 许可不构成图片、参考角色、第三方图像或商标的商业授权；
如需商用，应自行取得相应权利人的许可，或替换为具有适当授权的素材。

Source code and documentation remain under the MIT License. The character
image, derived icons and image copies are excluded from that license.
To the extent the maintainers can grant permission, the image may accompany
non-commercial copies of this project for widget and project-display purposes,
with this notice and the source information retained. No permission is granted
for commercial asset use or standalone asset-pack distribution. Rights in
third-party references, character designs and trademarks remain with their
respective holders. Obtain the appropriate permissions for commercial use.
The separate upstream quotation license in quotes-LICENSE.txt is unchanged.
