# Video X — Privacy Policy

Video X does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any user data.

- All settings (per-site presets) are stored in Chrome's extension storage
  (`chrome.storage.sync`), which stays within your own Chrome profile and
  Google account sync. Nothing is ever sent to the developer or any third party.
- The extension makes no network requests.
- Host access (`<all_urls>`) is required solely so the content script can find
  and adjust `<video>` elements on whatever site you use it on. Page content is
  never read, recorded, or transmitted.
- Frame screenshots are saved directly to your device and are not uploaded
  anywhere.
