- Merge CAF Tag LA.UM.8.11.r1-02900-NICOBAR.0 for Wi-Fi, Audio, and Data modules
- Migrate to PELT and add more scheduler improvements
- Reset back to latest CAF LMK
- Apply more fixes for goodix_ta and CAF cpu-boost
