# Privacy Policy for Baby Phone _Last updated: 18 July 2026_ - **App:** Baby Phone (a toy phone for toddlers, ages 1–4) - **Developer:** **Dhurgham Fahem** - **Contact:** drm.fhm@gmail.com This Privacy Policy explains how the **Baby Phone** mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is a simple, offline toy designed for young children. We take children's privacy seriously and have designed the App to collect as little information as possible. ## 1. We do not collect personal information The App does **not** ask for, collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your child. Specifically, the App has: - No user accounts, sign-in, or registration. - No name, email address, phone number, photo, contacts, or location collection. - No microphone or camera use. - No chat, messaging, social features, or user-generated content. - No analytics or tracking of your child's behavior for our own use. The "Pretend Call" feature is entirely make-believe: it plays pre-recorded sounds on the device and does not place real calls or connect to any phone network. ## 2. Advertising The App displays banner advertisements to support development. Ads are shown only on non-play areas (such as the home screen and the parent settings screen) and never in the middle of play. Ads are served by **Google AdMob**, a Google-certified advertising provider. Because the App is directed to children, we configure every ad request as follows: - **Non-personalized ads only.** Ads are not based on your child's interests or online behavior. - **Tagged for child-directed treatment** (COPPA) and **tagged for users under the age of consent** (GDPR). - **Content rating limited to "G" (General audiences)**, so only family-appropriate ads may be shown. To deliver, cap the frequency of, and prevent fraud in these ads, Google may process limited technical data (such as a device's IP address, general device type, and coarse, non-personal signals). Google does not use this information to build advertising profiles of children. Google's handling of this data is governed by the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy), and its practices for families are described in the [AdMob families policies](https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6223431). ## 3. Sounds and content All animal sounds, music, numbers, and other audio are bundled inside the App and played locally from the device. Aside from loading advertisements, the App does not require an internet connection to function. ## 4. Children's privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K) The App is intended for young children and is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation as it applies to children (GDPR-K). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information through the App, there is no personal data for a parent or guardian to review, correct, or delete. If you believe your child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email below and we will address it promptly. ## 5. Data sharing and selling We do not sell, rent, or share personal information — we do not collect it in the first place. The only third party involved is Google, solely to serve the non-personalized ads described in Section 2. ## 6. Security Because the App stores no personal data on our servers (we operate none), there is no personal data repository to breach. Any settings you change (such as volume or mute) are stored only on your own device. ## 7. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. ## 8.
