**Buzzio** is designed to work primarily over local networks and Bluetooth. We do **not** require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the app. 

If you choose a display name for the local multiplayer lobby, that name is only shared locally with other devices in your immediate game session and is not stored on our external servers.

### 1.2 Non-Personal Information
We may automatically collect non-personal information such as:
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data (screens visited, feature usage)
- Crash reports and performance logs

This information is used only to improve the stability and experience of the app.

### 1.3 Local Network and Device Permissions
To enable local multiplayer features, the app requires certain permissions:
- **Local Network / Wi-Fi Access:** Used to discover and connect with nearby devices on the same network.
- **Bluetooth / Nearby Devices:** Used as a fallback transport to connect with players when Wi-Fi is unavailable.
- **Microphone / Audio:** Used solely for sound effects during gameplay. We do not record or transmit audio.

We use the collected information to:
- Enable local multiplayer gameplay and device syncing
- Create, join, and manage local game rooms
- Maintain fair gameplay and accurate buzzer timing
- Improve performance, stability, and user experience
- Display advertisements where applicable

Buzzio uses **Google AdMob** to display ads.

AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID
- Device information
- Usage data for analytics and ad delivery

We do **not** sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Because gameplay occurs locally over your network or Bluetooth, your gameplay data is not transmitted to our servers. Your non-personal data may be shared only with trusted third-party services used to operate the app, including:
- **Google AdMob** (advertising and analytics)

These services are used strictly to provide and improve the app experience.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Because the app functions locally, the majority of your gameplay data never leaves your local network. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or local networks is completely secure.

Buzzio is **not intended for children under the age of 13**.
