This policy explains what the app stores, what our advertising partner collects, and the choices you have. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contacts. --- ## 1. Information we collect **We — the developer — do not collect any personal information from you.** The app has no sign-in, no user profiles, no servers of our own, and it does not transmit your gameplay to us. The only network activity in the app is advertising (see section 3). ### 1.1 Data stored on your device only The app saves your progress locally using your device's standard app storage (Android `SharedPreferences` / iOS `UserDefaults`). The app requests no runtime permissions of this kind. --- ## 2. How information is used Locally stored data is used only to run the game: to restore your progress, keep your settings, and unlock content you have earned. It is not used for profiling by us, not sold, and not shared with anyone. --- ## 3. Advertising (third-party data collection) Maze Hunt shows ads to keep the game free: - **Interstitial ads** — shown between games (for example after a run ends). - **Rewarded ads** — optional, and only when you choose to watch one, e.g. to unlock a cosmetic skin, take an extra wheel spin, or activate a power without spending coins. You are never required to watch a rewarded ad to keep playing. Ads are delivered by **Google AdMob**, a Google service. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as: - your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA, where available and permitted), - IP address and approximate (coarse, IP-derived) location, - device and OS information (model, OS version, language, screen data), - ad interaction data (views, clicks, and non-personal diagnostics used for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and reporting). This information is collected by Google directly through its SDK, under Google's own privacy terms — not by us. We do not receive your advertising identifier, and we do not build any advertising profile ourselves. Your choices and controls - **Limit ad personalisation on your device.** Android: *Settings → Google → Ads* — "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation". iOS: *Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking* — turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or decline the tracking prompt if shown. - **Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland).** Where required by law, a consent message is presented before personalised ads are served, and you may choose non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time via the in-app privacy option where it is offered, or via your device ad settings above. - **Delete your data.** Because all game data is stored locally, uninstalling the app — or clearing app data/storage in your device settings — permanently deletes everything the app has saved. - **Play with fewer ads.** Rewarded ads are always optional; you can decline them and continue playing normally. --- ## 5. Children's privacy Maze Hunt contains no chat, no user-generated content, no social features, and no in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the app is distributed to a child audience, ad requests are tagged so that ads are treated as child-directed and only ads appropriate for that audience are served, in line with the Google Play Families policy, the App Store Kids Category requirements, COPPA, and (where applicable) GDPR-K. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at **drm.fhm@gmail.com** and we will act promptly. --- ## 6. Data sharing, retention and security - **Sharing.** We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. We have no data to sell — see section 1. - **Retention.** Data saved on your device is kept until you delete it (uninstall or clear app data). Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's own retention policies. - **Security.** Game data is held in your device's private, sandboxed app storage, protected by your operating system's security model. - **International transfers.** Any transfer of advertising data is carried out by Google and governed by Google's privacy terms; we do not operate servers or transfer data ourselves. --- ## 7. Your rights Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to personalised advertising. Because we hold no personal data about you, you can exercise deletion directly by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. For advertising data held by Google, use the device ad controls in section 4 or contact Google using the links above. Changes to this policy We may update this policy — for example when app features change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the app store release notes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy. --- ## 9. **إعلانات بينية (Interstitial)** — تظهر بين الجولات (مثلًا بعد انتهاء الجولة). - **إعلانات مكافأة (Rewarded)** — اختيارية تمامًا، وتظهر فقط عندما تختار مشاهدتها، مثل فتح مظهر تجميلي، أو دورة إضافية في العجلة، أو تفعيل قدرة دون إنفاق عملات. لست مضطرًا أبدًا لمشاهدة إعلان مكافأة لمواصلة اللعب. تُقدَّم الإعلانات عبر **Google AdMob**، وهي خدمة من Google. لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها، قد تجمع Google وتعالج معلومات مثل: - معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بجهازك (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA حيثما توفّر وسُمح به)، - عنوان IP والموقع التقريبي المستنتج منه، - معلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل (الطراز، إصدار النظام، اللغة، بيانات الشاشة)، - بيانات التفاعل مع الإعلان (المشاهدات والنقرات وبيانات تشخيصية غير شخصية تُستخدم لتحديد التكرار ومكافحة الاحتيال وإعداد التقارير). تجمع Google هذه المعلومات مباشرةً عبر حزمتها البرمجية ووفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بها — لا نحن. نحن لا نستلم معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بك ولا نبني أي ملف إعلاني. للمزيد: - **الحدّ من تخصيص الإعلانات على جهازك.** أندرويد: *الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات* — «حذف معرّف الإعلانات» أو «إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات». iOS: *الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع* — أوقف «السماح للتطبيقات بطلب التتبّع»، أو ارفض الطلب عند ظهوره. - **الموافقة (المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا).** حيثما يوجب القانون ذلك، تُعرض رسالة موافقة قبل عرض الإعلانات المخصّصة، ويمكنك اختيار إعلانات غير مخصّصة. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من خيار الخصوصية داخل التطبيق حيثما توفّر، أو من إعدادات الإعلانات في جهازك أعلاه. - **حذف بياناتك.** لأن جميع بيانات اللعبة محفوظة محليًا، فإن إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق — أو مسح بيانات/تخزين التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز — يحذف نهائيًا كل ما حفظه التطبيق. - **اللعب بإعلانات أقل.** إعلانات المكافأة اختيارية دائمًا؛ يمكنك رفضها ومتابعة اللعب. --- ## ٥. خصوصية الأطفال لا يحتوي Maze Hunt على محادثة أو محتوى ينشئه المستخدمون أو ميزات اجتماعية أو مشتريات داخل التطبيق. ولا نجمع عن علم أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. في حال توزيع التطبيق لجمهور من الأطفال، تُوسم طلبات الإعلانات بحيث تُعامَل على أنها موجّهة للأطفال ولا تُعرض إلا إعلانات ملائمة لهذه الفئة، بما ينسجم مع سياسة العائلات في Google Play، ومتطلبات فئة الأطفال في App Store، وقانون COPPA، و(عند الاقتضاء) لائحة GDPR-K. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلًا قدّم معلومات شخصية عبر التطبيق، راسلنا على **drm.fhm@gmail.com** وسنتصرّف فورًا. --- ## ٦. مشاركة البيانات والاحتفاظ بها وأمنها - **المشاركة.** لا نبيع أي بيانات شخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها. لا توجد لدينا بيانات لبيعها — انظر القسم ١. - **الاحتفاظ.** تبقى البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك حتى تحذفها أنت (إلغاء التثبيت أو مسح البيانات). أما البيانات التي تعالجها Google للإعلانات فتخضع لسياسات الاحتفاظ الخاصة بها. -
