Saint Genevieve, April, 25, 1808.
Dear Sir
I have inclosed to you a Bill of loading for a Cargo of shott and
Lead shiped on board of Mr. Ashly's Barge—which you will be so
good as to store for my account—I have also forwarded a Bill of
loading to Mr. Charles Carr Lexington with an Invoice of the Cargo
and also with orders to call on you for the same whenever he may
think proper. You will therefore deliver said shott and Lead to
the order of Mr. Carr, whenever demanded except as herewith
advised. When the Cargo is removed from your store house you will
forward your bill of storage to Mr. Charles Carr for payment.
