I have finally concluded to let you have the mill for 13,000— Your offer was twelve and I will split the difference— I hope we shall be able to bargain as I am desireous to Sell— hope shall soon have the pleasure of seeing you at the Mines a little company would be very acceptable at this time for I never saw this place half so dismal as it appears now— The waggons will hawl out a load of plank for Evins and return immediately to hawl for you as long as you wish—
