I hope you will consider my Situation and send me Reliefe the Amot of the Receip is about 2300—Coll Hammonds is Just from St Louis he tells me that he saw a Gentleman theire that told him that he saw Phelps at the play hous in new Orleans in Company with several of the Ladyes of the Town and that he was a dashing [mutilated] Table and with a high [mutilated]
