Leaves sick slave in his care to be cured and hired out to labor until called for.

Where as a Negro man by the Name of Richmond now at the House of Dugless Forsithe Esqr is not in a situation to travil in Consequence of his Diseased Condition and Where as, I the undersigned have given to the said Dugless Forsithe esq directions to imploy Doct Rivers to restore the said Negro to Health, it is clearly Understood that the said Negro man shall remain with the said Forsithe, and as soon as he is in a situation to be put to Labour, he shall Labour for the said Forsithe at Twelve Dollars pr month Untill the Expense of the said Doct Rivers is fully discharged Unless otherwise paid by the Undersignd or Stephen Fuller Austin esqr to whom the said Negro belongs or by orders of either of them in that case the said Forsithe being paid the board of said Negro untill able to Labour he shall be delivered up to the undersigned or Stephen Fuller Austin or the Order of either.
