Sir, Mr. Lorrain requests me to say that he has not sent you the Įguila for some time in consequence of having ceased to print it. We are now jointly engaged in printing and publishing the "Diario del Congreso, we forward the first thirteen numbers by this mail (post paid) and shall continue to forward them regularly so long as you remain in Texas. If you can procure news or subscribers will be obliged to you for cither; the latter must pay in advance.
