arrangement to purchase <placeName><persName>Wm Hollan</persName>s land</placeName> and to become bound to you in
his place if we can get an alteration made in the survey as the
present form that it is ploted in takes in no good land if you should
agree to take us in his place for the payment you will be so good as
to send <placeName>Mr Simmes</placeName> an order for alteration of the survey as soon
as possible yours with the Greatest Respect</p>
