Colorado Sept 19th 1826

Dear Sir with Respect to the Horse that Clement Delgado Claims that he says was Sold in this neighbourhood I have done every thing in my power to find but Cannot find him nor find who had the Horse in possession if there ever was Such a Horse here—but I yet will try to find the said Horse if I Can though I believe it will be entirely out of my power you will be so good as to tell the bearor that if I do find him or who might have had the said Horse that the said Delgado Shall have the Horse or the value thereof
