Sir Take notice that pursuant to the order of the Honble Superior Court of this Colony I shall on the Tenth day of September and on the following day at the house of William G, Doyle Esqr of Lawrence County in the State of Alabama a Justice of the peace in and for said State proceed to take the deposition of Martin Sims and of William Sims of said County before the said Wm. G Doyle and that on the 10 day of October next I shall also proceed to take the depositions of Mrs Price and of ------ Newell of Bayou Coti in the State of Louisiana at the house of the said Mrs------Price at Bayou Coti afd before some officer properly authorised to take the same on which occasions you can attend if you think proper

And take notice that said deposition will be adduced in Evidence on the part of the pff on the Trial of the issue in this matter at the Term of the sd Supr Court of this Colony to be held in the Town of San felipe de Austin on the 1 Monday in feby 1828—San felepe do Austin 21 May (1827)
