# Topological schematic

Read the [plugin runtime guide](../runtime.md) before using the bundled drawing APIs. Lattice coordinates and clipping are covered by [lattice-paths](../lattice-paths/SKILL.md).

Derive dimensions and phase sequence from the target device's configuration and model source. Keep scale equal on both axes; make A/B phases, domain walls, paths, node IDs, port labels, and dimension variables legible and mutually consistent. Mark uncertain values as pending confirmation instead of estimating them from pixels.

Read [diagram specification](references/diagram-spec.md) before producing a structure or path drawing. A schematic communicates design intent; it is not geometry or solver acceptance evidence.
