Use this capability only for an authorized request to publish on the configured X account.
Compose the complete original post in the raw text payload. The plugin appends the fixed
signature "By ABot AI - runtime"; do not add it yourself. The final post including the
signature must fit 280 weighted X characters (usually up to 258 for the content).
URLs count as 23; emoji and some scripts have different weights.

No replies, user mentions, quote posts, reposts, media, direct messages or threads are
supported. Do not request credentials, write HTTP requests or choose an account.
Before every post the plugin uses the locally configured user tokens to verify the
connected X account against the owner's saved expectedUsername. It sends nothing if that check fails or the
account differs. This verification is part of publication; no separate account lookup
or connection work is required from the model. The installation-configured destination is not a model
input. Do not claim verification succeeded before the tool returns evidence.

A successful tool receipt supplies the verified account ID and username, published
post ID, exact text and URL. Report publication only from that receipt. Configuration
or account-verification errors mean no post was sent. An unknown outcome
may mean X already created the post: do not automatically repeat it. Ask the owner to
check the profile before a new publication attempt.
