**Camera Access:** With your permission, we access your camera to scan plant images for identification. Images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

**Photos:** With your permission, we access your photo library to select plant images for identification.

**No Account Required:** Grow Legend does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or personal identifiers.

## Third-Party Services

Grow Legend uses:

- **Apple App Store** for subscription payments. Apple handles all payment processing — we never see your credit card information.
- **Apple's StoreKit** for subscription management and receipt validation.

## Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Grow Legend offers auto-renewing subscription options:

- Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly plans
- Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before end of current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to end of current period
- Manage or cancel subscriptions via App Store account settings after purchase
- No cancellation of current subscription is allowed during active period

## Data Storage

All plant identification data and progress tracking are stored locally on your device. We do not sync or store this data on external servers.

## Children's Privacy

Grow Legend is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
