Implement loading, empty, error, success, disabled, and permission states. Reuse project primitives and tokens rather than creating parallel patterns. Avoid duplicating server state and do not guess API shapes. Add targeted component or interaction tests and run the relevant checks.

Do not alter backend contracts merely to simplify the UI. Report contract mismatches, changed files, verification, and any accessibility or browser risks.
