At the time, we chose to withhold judgment in light of the ongoing situation in the ecosystem.\n\nAfter further consideration, EMURGO is changing the vote to YES. We recognise the importance of ensuring that the Constitutional Committee remains operational and able to carry out its constitutional responsibilities when needed. This action implements the outcome of the 2026 Constitutional Committee election and renews the seats whose terms are expiring.
