PREAMBLE
This license grants you the right to view, download, study, and run this
project. It is a "source-available" license and is not an open-source
license: you may use the Software, but you may not redistribute it, modify
it for distribution, or exploit it commercially.

DEFINITIONS
"The Software" means all source code, compiled artifacts, datapacks,
resource files, and documentation in this repository, in source and
compiled form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PERMITTED USE
You are permitted to view, download, study, and execute the Software,
including running it on Minecraft servers in production. Ordinary use of
the Software on a server that is itself monetized (donations, ranks, a
webstore, and similar) is expressly permitted and is not a commercial use
of the Software within the meaning of Section 2.

2. COMMERCIAL RESTRICTIONS
You may not sell, resell, rent, or license the Software, charge for access
to it, include it in a product or bundle that is sold, or offer it (or a
derivative of it) as a product or service. You may not use the Software's
source code, in whole or in part, in another project, whether or not that
project is commercial.

3. REDISTRIBUTION AND RE-RELEASE RESTRICTIONS
Except as provided in Section 4 (Contributions), you may not redistribute,
publish, or re-release the Software, its source code, or modified versions
of it to any third party or public platform, under the original name, a new
name, or as part of another project. Distribution of the Software through
channels designated by ESMP — including GitHub Releases, Modrinth, Hangar,
CurseForge, and SpigotMC — remains the exclusive right of ESMP.

4. CONTRIBUTIONS AND PULL REQUESTS
You are permitted to fork this repository on the hosting platform (as its
terms of service provide) and to modify the source code for the purpose of
study or of submitting contributions, bug fixes, or enhancements back to
the original project via Pull Requests. Use or distribution of a fork
outside those purposes remains subject to Sections 2 and 3. By submitting a
Pull Request, you agree to grant ESMP a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your contribution under
these same license terms.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
Third-party components bundled with or referenced by the Software remain
under their own licenses, which govern those components.

6. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon
termination you must cease use and distribution of the Software. ESMP may
grant additional permissions or exceptions in writing; such grants apply
only to the party they are issued to.

7. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
ESMP OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This license is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes arising
from it shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where
ESMP has its registered office.
