# Terms of Service for PosturePal

## Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PosturePal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

## Description of Service

PosturePal is a mobile application that uses your device's camera to monitor and provide feedback on your posture. The App is designed to help you maintain better posture habits.

## Subscription and Payments

### Free Tier
- Limited to 3 posture sessions per day
- Basic posture monitoring features

### PosturePal Pro (Paid Subscription)
- Unlimited posture sessions
- Full session history
- Premium features

### Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through Google Play Store settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods

### Free Trial
- Some subscription options may include a free trial period
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription

## Health Disclaimer

**IMPORTANT: PosturePal is NOT a medical device.**

- The App provides general posture feedback for informational purposes only
- The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns
- Do not rely on the App to detect or treat any medical condition
- If you experience pain or discomfort, stop using the App and consult a doctor

## User Responsibilities

You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose
- Not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
- Ensure you have adequate lighting and space when using the posture monitoring feature

## Intellectual Property

- PosturePal and all related content are owned by us
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content

## Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

## Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

## Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

## Termination

- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice
- Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately
- Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

## Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

## Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
