Viona is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Discover barber shops and salons
- Book appointments with service providers
- Manage reservations
- Receive booking notifications

## 3. User Accounts

### 3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

### 3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

### 3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

## 4. Reservations and Bookings

### 4.1 Booking Agreement
When you make a reservation, you enter into an agreement with the venue, not with us.

### 4.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are set by individual venues. Please review their policies before booking.

### 4.3 No-Shows
Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

## 5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Harass or abuse service providers
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the system

## 6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

## 7. Disclaimers

### 7.1 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

### 7.2 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for services provided by venues or third-party providers.

### 7.3 Accuracy
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that venue information is always current.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions
- Actions of venues or service providers

## 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

## 10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.

## 11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
