# Terms of Service for Viona Partner

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Viona Partner application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service

Viona Partner is a business management application that enables venue owners and authorized staff members to:

- Manage reservations and bookings
- Set schedules and availability
- Define services and pricing
- Track revenue and analytics
- Communicate with customers
- Manage staff members and permissions

## 3. Account Registration

### Eligibility

To use Viona Partner, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal authority to operate or manage a business
- Provide accurate and complete registration information

### Account Security

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

### Staff Accounts

When you invite staff members to your venue:

- You are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to access your business data
- You can manage their permissions and access levels
- You are responsible for revoking access when staff members leave

## 4. Venue and Service Management

### Accuracy of Information

You agree to:

- Provide accurate venue information (name, address, contact details)
- Maintain up-to-date service offerings and pricing
- Set realistic availability and schedules
- Honor reservations made through the platform

### Customer Relationships

When customers book through Viona:

- You enter into a direct agreement with the customer
- You are responsible for delivering the services as described
- You must handle cancellations according to your stated policies
- Disputes with customers should be resolved directly

## 5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the App for any illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm customers or other users
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the App to collect data for purposes other than business operations
- Manipulate bookings or reviews

## 6. Fees and Payments

### Platform Fees

Viona may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you incur them.

### Revenue Processing

If you use our revenue tracking features:

- You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter
- We do not process payments on your behalf unless explicitly stated
- Tax compliance is your responsibility

## 7. Intellectual Property

### Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Viona and protected by intellectual property laws.

### Your Content

You retain ownership of your business data, including:

- Venue information and descriptions
- Service offerings
- Customer communications

By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from system downtime
- We are not liable for disputes between you and your customers
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months

## 9. Termination

### By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

### By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harm other users or our platform

### Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

- Your access to the App will be revoked
- Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Outstanding obligations will survive termination

## 10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email.

## 11. Governing Law
