All rights to the configuration files, custom scripts, original graphics, and the general assembly of this package are (c)2026 Epici Gamer. This license governs the use of these original components and the work as a whole.

FORKS AND MODIFICATIONS
The creation of "Forks" (derivative versions) of this modpack is permitted under the following conditions:

ATTRIBUTION: You must clearly state that it is a fork of the original "Epici Gamer" modpack.

NO PROFIT: Forks may not be sold or generate any profit for the fork’s author unless explicit written authorization is granted by Epici Gamer.

SHARE-ALIKE: Any fork or copy must be redistributed under this same license, maintaining original attribution to Epici Gamer.

SERVER USAGE
This modpack may be freely used on any server (public or private). The only requirement is to publicly disclose that the server is running the "Epici Gamer" modpack (e.g., in the welcome message or server description).

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This license applies exclusively to files created by Epici Gamer. Included mods that are Open Source or have their own license remain subject to the terms established by their respective original authors.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND MONETIZATION
Creating content (videos, streams, posts) regarding this modpack is encouraged on the following platforms: YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Discord.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

REFERENCE LINK: All content must include a direct link to the official modpack download page.

NO PAYWALLS: It is forbidden to put this modpack (original or modified) behind paywalls, mandatory subscriptions, or any paid access systems.

NO AD-LINKS: It is forbidden to upload the modpack to sites using advertisement link shorteners (e.g., AdFly) or pages with excessive/misleading advertising for the download.

PROHIBITION OF SALE: Direct sale of the modpack is strictly prohibited.
