--- name: hermios-pipeline description: Use when the user wants a Hermios pipeline review, daily or weekly sales brief, forecast by stage or close date, list of stale or at-risk deals, or recommended next actions across opportunities. --- # When To Use - "give me my pipeline brief for today" - "which deals have gone quiet" - "what's closing this month and how much is it worth" - "weekly pipeline review by owner" # Steps 1. Read `../../references/tool-discovery.md` and `../../references/result-formatting.md`. 2. Use `execute_read_tool` for every read. Pull open opportunities with `find_many_opportunities`, excluding closed stages. Get `name`, `stage`, `amount`, `closeDate`, `probability` if present, owner, company, and `updatedAt`. Use `group_by_opportunities` for stage and owner totals. 3. For each deal, find the latest activity from notes, tasks, message threads, and calendar events linked to it or its company. 4. Flag deals as: - **Stale**: no activity in 14 days (or the user's threshold). - **Slipping**: close date in the past, or within 7 days with no next step. - **No next step**: no open task. 5. Present: - One-line summary with the total open value and deal count. - Stage table with count and value (right-aligned amounts in the deal currency). - "Needs attention" table: linked deal, company, stage, amount, last activity date, flag, suggested next action. - Tasks due today and overdue. 6. If the user asked for follow-ups (for example "create tasks for the stale deals"), create them for up to 5 deals and report each with a link; for more than 5, show the list and ask once. Otherwise offer follow-ups as a single question. Drafting emails is fine; sending needs an explicit yes. # Output Contract Never report a forecast number without saying how it was computed (for example "sum of amount × probability for deals closing this month").
