Privacy Policy Random Finger Picker & Chooser Effective Date: November 17, 2025 1. Introduction Thank you for choosing "Random Finger Picker & Chooser" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our mobile application. Our philosophy is to collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve the App. Your privacy is critically important to us. The core functionality of this App works completely offline. For any questions about this policy, please contact us at: FBKDevelop@gmail.com 2. Information We Collect (and What We Do NOT Collect) We collect two types of information: information you voluntarily provide and information collected automatically by third-party services. a) Information You Provide (Stored Locally on Your Device) This is data that you create and manage within the App. This data is NEVER transmitted to us or any third party. It is stored exclusively in the App's private directory on your own device. This includes: Custom Spinner Images: If you choose an image from your photo gallery to use as a spinner, a copy of that image is stored within the App's secure local storage. We do not have access to your photo gallery. Custom Task Lists: If you use the "Tasks" game mode, any task groups and task descriptions you create are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the custom images or task groups from within the App, or by uninstalling the App. b) Automatically Collected Information (Usage Data) To support the free version of our App and to understand how it is used, we work with third-party services (Google Analytics and Google AdMob) that automatically collect certain information. This data is generally non-personally identifiable and may include: Device & Ad Identifiers: Such as your device's unique advertising ID (IDFA for iOS, GAID for Android). Usage Analytics: Information about how you interact with the App, such as session duration, features used, crash reports, and performance data. General Geolocation Data: Your IP address may be used to estimate your general location (e.g., country or city) to provide relevant ads and for analytics. Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and mobile network information. We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address (other than what you provide for support), phone number, or contacts. 3. How We Use Your Information To Provide App Functionality: The locally stored images and tasks are used to enable the core features of the game. To Support and Improve the App (Google Analytics): We use aggregated, anonymous usage data to understand which features are popular, to identify and fix bugs, and to improve the overall user experience. To Provide Advertising (Google AdMob/AdSense - Free Version Only): We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App. This helps us keep the app free. This data may be used to serve personalized ads based on your interests. 4. Third-Party Services We use the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them: Google Analytics for Firebase: https://policies.google.com/privacy Google AdMob & AdSense: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads These services are responsible for how they collect and handle your data. 5.
