* Wi-Fi Display (WFD)
  * Updated WFD proprietary blobs to modern marvel_g baseline with V2 AIDL session support.
  * Added WfdCommon compatibility patch for modern Android.
* Sepolicy & Stability
  * Cleaned up duplicate touch and powershare SELinux definitions.
  * Fixed vibrator Soong config boolean types.

* Fix unexpected reboot after system shutdown
Resolved an issue where the device would
automatically initiate a reboot sequence immediately
after a successful shutdown. This ensures the device
remains powered off as intended.
* Upgraded Dolby Vision Stack: Switched to a newer
  standalone Dolby Vision stack backported from
   Android 16. credits to @swiitchOFF for the commits
