We do not collect, store, sell, share, track, or transmit any personal information from users. ## Information We Collect Textory collects **zero user information**. We do not collect: * Names * Email addresses * Phone numbers * Location data * Device identifiers * Usage analytics * Crash analytics * Advertising data * Tracking data * Document contents * File names * iCloud account information * Any other personal data Textory does not include user accounts, sign-in, login, registration, subscriptions, advertising, analytics, or tracking systems. ## Documents and Files Textory allows users to create, open, edit, and save text documents. Your documents remain under your control. Files are saved only where you choose to save them, such as locally on your device or in Apple-provided storage locations like iCloud Drive, depending on how you use Apple’s document storage features. Textory does not upload your documents to our servers. Textory does not operate a server for storing, syncing, reading, processing, or analyzing user documents. ## iCloud and Apple Services If you choose to save files in iCloud Drive or another Apple-managed location, that storage is handled by Apple, not Textory. Textory does not receive your Apple ID, iCloud account details, or iCloud storage information. Apple’s own privacy practices apply to Apple services. ## Third-Party Services Textory does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or external data collection services. ## Tracking Textory does not track users across apps or websites. Textory does not use data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or marketing. ## Children’s Privacy Textory does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because Textory collects no personal information, there is no personal data from children for us to store, use, or share. ## Data Sharing Textory does not share user data because Textory does not collect user data. ## Data Retention Textory does not retain user data because Textory does not collect user data. Documents created or edited by the user remain wherever the user chooses to store them. Deleting those files is controlled by the user through their device, file system, or Apple storage settings. ## Data Deletion Requests Because Textory does not collect or store user data, there is no user data for us to delete. Users can delete their own documents at any time from the location where the files are stored. ## Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy if Textory’s features or privacy practices change.
