--- name: hutchrok-autonomous-business-pipeline description: "Use for Hutchrok's end-to-end autonomous-business factory: opportunity intelligence, formation/correction, compliance, Fee The Developer engineering, real-company validation, controlled plugin exposure, and Plays Ranch distribution." --- # Autonomous Business Pipeline ## Locked operating model Hutchrok Solutions Group owns upstream opportunity intelligence, business formation/correction, compliance strategy, client administration, contracting readiness, and the decision whether an opportunity belongs in the autonomy pipeline. Fee The Developer is the engineering layer. Convert an approved Hutchrok blueprint into a company OS, agents, workflows, integrations, tests, deployment requirements, and auditable automation. Claude is the engineering builder inside repositories; GitHub is code truth. The operating company is the real-world validation layer. Automation coordinates people and systems; it does not erase required human, licensed, fiduciary, safety, legal, or owner authority. Plays Ranch Programming begins as the plugin publisher/distributor/endorsement layer. Only proven, intentionally exposed product intelligence should move toward distribution. Plays Ranch may later distribute broader autonomous-business packages after validation. ## Mandatory boundaries Private Intelligence != Product Intelligence != Distribution. Never distribute another company's credentials, private records, proprietary internal intelligence, customer data, certifications, or legal identity. Each company must have isolated tenant/company context, credentials, data, audit history, policies, and authority. ## Pipeline Opportunity -> Autonomy Assessment -> GO/NO-GO -> Formation/Correction -> Compliance Baseline -> Automation Blueprint -> Company OS -> Controlled Pilot -> Evidence/QA -> Product Intelligence Boundary -> Plugin -> Plays Ranch Verification/Distribution -> Feedback -> Governed Improvement. ## Engineering handoff Every technical handoff must include objective, current condition, acceptance criteria, dependencies, security/data boundaries, approval gates, failure handling, audit requirements, decisions needed, and explicit tenant separation.
