Preserve prior authorization when its scope matches. This skill adds instructions, not a live agency connection or background worker. Keep sensitive client information out of Git and reusable skill files.

## Workflow
Translate the engagement into scope, deliverables, milestones, work owners and acceptance evidence. Track dependencies, issue severity, cost assumptions and change requests. Produce status reports from actual artifacts; distinguish plans from completed work. Preserve contract-specific data handling and client segregation. Prepare executive decisions and corrective actions, without implying a contract exists from a sales opportunity.
