The widget, custom pack readers, PNG metadata helpers, and optional usage accounting were adapted from this project. The name, route, storage paths, CSS classes, and browser singleton are independently namespaced.

The upstream LICENSE excludes its bundled `assets/packs/neri` and `assets/ui` examples from MIT and requires replacement before redistribution. Those files, game voices, game-derived character packs, screenshots, and full upstream Git history are not distributed here.

## MoonPet illustrations and UI

See assets/NOTICE.md. No upstream example artwork or voices were copied into this release. External visual references used during generation are not distributed.

DeepSeek Harness and DeepSeek are referenced only to describe integration. No official affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

## CC0 reminder sounds

The three downloaded reminder sounds are credited separately in `assets/alerts/sources.json` and `docs/focus.md`: bell-ringing practice by Tom Ackroyd, airplane chime by Sharelk, wind chime by Membeth. Source pages each declare CC0 1.0. Conversion includes excerpts, mono PCM WAV, loudness normalisation and fades. Original licensing is retained.
