### Equanimity Resource Pack License

By downloading and using the Equanimity Resource Pack, you agree to the following terms.

### Section 1: Java Edition Resource Pack License

1. Personal Use:  
   You may use this resource pack for personal use in your own Minecraft Java Edition game. This means you may not redistribute, re-upload, or distribute it through any external platforms or services.

2. Monetized Content:  
   You are permitted to use this resource pack in monetized content, such as YouTube videos, live streams, and other media that generates revenue, as long as proper credit is given to the original creator. Attribution must be clearly visible in video descriptions, credits, or any other applicable materials. The attribution should include a link to the official download page and a clear acknowledgment of the creator.

3. Minecraft Servers:  
   You may upload the resource pack to your Minecraft Java Edition server for use by your players. However, the pack must only be distributed via the official Minecraft client prompts when players connect to the server. You may not offer the resource pack for download through any external links, cloud services, or file-sharing platforms. The resource pack must be accessible only within the server community and cannot be freely redistributed outside the server.

4. No Redistribution:  
   Redistribution of the Java Edition resource pack is strictly prohibited. The resource pack has been personally uploaded by the creator to the following approved platforms, and these are the only official places where the resource pack can be found:
   - Modrinth
   - CurseForge
   - PlanetMinecraft
   - EmbodyGames Discord Channel (from the official Equanimity pages)

   Any attempt to redistribute, re-upload, or make the pack available for download through external links, file-sharing services, or other platforms is strictly prohibited. The resource pack may only be accessed and downloaded from the official pages on the above platforms.

5. No Modification or Derivative Works:  
   You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from this resource pack or its assets. This includes re-texturing, remaking, combining, or using textures for any other purpose, such as in mods, maps, or other resource packs. Derivative works include any alteration of the textures, models, or other assets in the pack for redistribution.
   - Personal Use: You may use the pack privately in your own Minecraft Java Edition game without restrictions.  
   - Public Media: If any part of the resource pack (including textures, models, or other assets) is shown in any form of media, such as YouTube videos, streams, or social media, proper attribution must be given. The attribution should include a visible and easily accessible link to the official download page and a clear acknowledgment of the original creator.

6. Commercial Use Clarification:  
   "Commercial use" includes, but is not limited to, making money through advertisements (e.g., on YouTube), donations, sponsorships, or any other form of financial gain directly related to content featuring the resource pack. Content with no financial gain, such as personal use or non-monetized content, is considered non-commercial use.  
   All forms of income generated from content featuring the resource pack are considered commercial use, and must comply with the attribution requirements.

7. Attribution:  
   Proper attribution must be given when using this resource pack in any publicly shared content, including YouTube videos, streams, or on Minecraft servers. The attribution should include a visible and easily accessible link to the official download page and a clear acknowledgment of the original creator. For YouTube videos, the attribution should be placed in the video description or in the credits. The attribution must be clear and not hidden.

8. Use Limitations and Legal Rights:
   This license governs all uses of the Equanimity Resource Pack. Any use, distribution, or modification not expressly permitted by this license is prohibited. While you may invoke legal exceptions like fair use (or fair dealing) where applicable in your jurisdiction, such uses must still comply with the terms of this license. Any use outside the scope of this license, including unauthorized modifications or redistribution, requires explicit permission from Embody Games PTY LTD.

9. Ownership:  
   The Equanimity Resource Pack and all its contents, including but not limited to textures, models, and assets, are the intellectual property of Embody Games PTY LTD and are protected by copyright law. This license is revocable at any time if the terms outlined here are violated. Unauthorized redistribution, modification, or commercial use of the resource pack is prohibited.

10. Platform Terms Compliance:
   By downloading or using this resource pack, you agree to comply not only with the terms of this license but also with the terms and conditions, End User License Agreements (EULAs), and any other applicable agreements of the platforms or services where the resource pack is distributed. You are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the relevant terms on these platforms, including, but not limited to, Modrinth, CurseForge, PlanetMinecraft, and the EmbodyGames Discord channel. Any violation of these platform-specific terms could result in penalties from the respective platform, in addition to any violations of this license.
