***INTERNAL TITLE:*** Collection Kit Assembly Instructions
**Before creating kits**
-   Clean all work surfaces with bleach (clorox wipes, etc.) and ethanol/isopropyl alcohol
-   Wash hands thoroughly

**While creating kits**
-   Wear a mask (N95 ideal)
-   Wear gloves (make sure not to touch gloves’s fingers with bare hands)

**Kit contents**
-   1 slider top bag with the following inside:
    -   4 tubes
    -   16 swabs
    -   4 bio-bags
    -   Instruction pamphlet
    -   Sticker labels with family names
        -   Place 1 sticker on outside of slider top bag
        -   Place the remaining stickers inside the bag facing out
