## OPEN INNOVATION TRACK
- Up to 10 Finalist OI Teams announced with 20 Finalist teams on December 8
- Team pitch to Covid Apollo Project and Finalist Judges in early January 2021
- Winner announcement February 9
- Deployment Phase (same as standard track)

## DEPLOYMENT RESOURCES
- Introductions to potential deployment sites - if you want them
- Connections to IRBs to provide regulatory framework for deployment - if you want them
- Connections to consulting services that can help set up protocols and compliance challenges for deployment sites - if you want them

## DEPLOYMENT SITE PROCESS
- Five winners receive $500,000 (half of potential prize) following CV
- Within two months, teams provide a proposal and partnerships for deployment site and are eligible to receive an additional $250,000
- Teams complete deployment site testing
- After completing the deployment site testing, teams will received a final installment of $250,000
- Total prize purse per winning team: $1,000,000

A legal and binding document that details the responsibilities of competitors for the prize.

In order to be eligible to advance as a top 200 semifinalist team, the competitor agreement must be completed by the registration deadline. The deadline to register is August 31, 2020 18:59:59 UTC.

In addition to the Competitor Agreement signed by the Team Leader, all Team members are required to acknowledge the terms of the Competitor Agreement by completing the Team Member Release, Waiver and Confidentiality Agreement (Exhibit E).

To complete this activity, each Team Member, including the Team Leader, should complete Exhibit E Team Member Release, Waiver, and Confidentiality Agreement. Please download the corresponding document under the Resources tab, complete all fields, and upload the completed document to this activity.

Whenever possible, individual team member forms should be compiled into one file before being uploaded to POP.
