# Distribution and SDK Notice

`@fylar/dsh-fylar-office-editor` is distributed through the npm registry and GitHub
Releases as a DeepSeek Harness plugin that embeds the Fylar Office SDK runtime.
This distribution and the bundled SDK are proprietary commercial software, not
open-source software.

The bundled Fylar Office SDK is proprietary. Its controlling notice is
`vendor/office-sdk/legal.txt`, together with any applicable order form or
separate written commercial agreement. Under the bundled license, each License
Credential or associated customer account receives an aggregate maximum of
3,000 Metered Uses. Continued use after that Free Allowance requires an active
paid entitlement or another written commercial license. Refer to the controlling
license for the exact definitions, restrictions, and terms.

Third-party runtime notices are preserved in
`vendor/office-sdk/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES` and inside the unmodified SDK `lib/`
directory. Do not remove or replace these notices, and do not label the bundled
SDK or the combined package as MIT, Apache-2.0, or another open-source license.
