A. Locally Stored Data (Fuel & Vehicle Logs)
FuelMatics is designed to store your operational data locally on your device. Information such as fuel logs, vehicle details, mileage, odometer readings, and expense calculations are stored inside your device’s local database.

We do not upload, collect, or store your fuel logs or vehicle records on any external personal servers.

B. Automatically Collected Information & Identifiers
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into FuelMatics to help us deliver and monetize the application:

Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), and IP address.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App (e.g., app launches, screen views, and interaction with advertisements).

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through third-party services for the following primary purposes:

To provide and maintain core app functionalities.

4. Data Security & Storage
Local Data Control: Because your fuel records and vehicle logs are stored locally on your device, you have complete control over this data. Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data/cache from your device settings will permanently remove all stored fuel logs.

Network Security: Any communication between the App and third-party ad networks uses standard encrypted connections (HTTPS).

5. Children's Privacy
FuelMatics is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through the App, please contact us so we can take immediate action.

6. Your Data Rights & Ad Choices
Depending on your region, you have rights regarding your data:

Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or opt-out of personalized interest-based advertising on your Android device by navigating to:

Settings ➔ Privacy ➔ Ads ➔ Delete Advertising ID (or Reset Advertising ID).

Data Erasure: You can clear all app data at any time via your phone’s system settings (Settings ➔ Apps ➔ FuelMatics ➔ Storage ➔ Clear Data).
