# Privacy Policy — Penguin Elevator

Penguin Elevator is developed by Vladimir Chopine (Geekatplay Studio).

## Summary

**Penguin Elevator collects nothing, sends nothing, and requires no internet connection.**

The game is fully offline. It has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no
social or messaging features of any kind.

## Information We Collect

**We do not collect any personal data.** None. Not anonymously, not in aggregate.

The App does not require account registration, login, email address, or any
personal information to play. There is no sign-up, and there is no way to
contact other players through the App.

## Network Access

The App makes **no network requests at all**. Every asset it uses — graphics,
sounds, and fonts — is bundled inside the App itself and loaded from your
device. It does not contact any server operated by us or by anyone else, so
nothing about your device or your play can leave it.

## Local Storage

The App stores two numbers on your device, both of them your own results:
your best score (`penguin-elevator-hs`) and the highest floor you have reached
(`penguin-elevator-bf`). They are written to your device's local app storage,
are never transmitted anywhere, and are deleted when you uninstall the App.

Nothing else is stored — no identifiers, no device information, no usage logs,
no cookies.

## Sharing and Social Features

**The App has no sharing, messaging, or social features.** There is no share
button, no leaderboard, no friend list, no multiplayer, and no link to social
networks. Your score stays on your device.

## Permissions

On iOS the App requests **no permissions at all**.

On Android it declares exactly one: `VIBRATE`, used only to buzz the phone when
a penguin drops. Android grants it without prompting and it reveals nothing
about you. The App does **not** hold the `INTERNET` permission — it is not
capable of network access.

The App does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos,
calendar, health data, or notifications, and it does not use any advertising or
tracking identifier (no IDFA, no App Tracking Transparency prompt, because
there is nothing to track).

## Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking
services, or social media SDKs. It contains no third-party code that
communicates over the network.

## Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, or
from any user of any age, because it does not collect information at all. It
contains no ads, no in-app purchases, and no external links or communication
features.

## Changes to This Policy

Any changes to this privacy policy will be reflected in updated versions of the
App and in this document.
