ColorWear ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

## 1. 100% On-Device Privacy
ColorWear is designed to be a private tool. All color analysis, photo processing, and data storage happen **locally on your device**. 

* **No Cloud Uploads:** Your photos are never sent to our servers or any third-party servers.
* **No Accounts:** You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use the App.
* **Offline Functionality:** The App works fully offline.

## 2. Information We Access
* **Camera & Photo Library:** We require access to your camera and gallery only to analyze the colors of your clothing. These images are processed in real-time and are only saved to your local "Wardrobe" if you explicitly choose to do so.
* **Local Storage:** We use local storage (Hive) to save your wardrobe items, match history, and Color Season profiles.

## 3. Third-Party Services
To keep your data private, we minimize third-party involvement:
* **Google Play Billing:** Payments are handled exclusively by Google. We do not see or store your credit card details.
* **No Analytics/Ads:** We do not use any analytics SDKs or advertising networks to track your behavior.

## 4. Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally, you have total control. You can delete all data at any time by clearing the App's cache or uninstalling the App from your device.
