By inviting or using SpongeBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use SpongeBot.

2. Intended Use
SpongeBot is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with Discord’s Terms of Service when interacting with SpongeBot.

3. Content Policy
SpongeBot generates random screenshots from full episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants stored locally on the Bot owner's hard drive.
These episodes are privately owned and used solely for the Bot’s operations within Discord.
The generated frames are intended solely for use within Discord and for non-commercial, entertainment purposes.
The Bot owner does not claim ownership of the original media files used by SpongeBot.
Users are not permitted to distribute, modify, or otherwise use the generated content in ways that violate Discord’s Terms of Service or applicable copyright laws.
The Bot owner is not liable for any misuse of the content generated by SpongeBot.

4. Limitations
SpongeBot uses the locally installed FFmpeg software to process media files and generate content. The Bot owner is not responsible for any limitations or errors caused by FFmpeg’s functionality.
SpongeBot is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or functionality.
The Bot owner is not responsible for damages, losses, or misuse resulting from the use of SpongeBot.

5. Termination of Service
The Bot owner reserves the right to terminate SpongeBot’s functionality or access at any time without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms
The Bot owner reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of SpongeBot constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
