PRIVACY POLICY – HARVEST SCREAM

Green Vector Games ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users ("User", "you") of the software product "Harvest Scream" (the "Software"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the Software.

1. DATA MINIMIZATION PRINCIPLE
We adhere to the principle of data minimization. Developer does not maintain private servers to collect, store, or sell your personal identity information (such as real names, physical addresses, or email addresses). All primary gameplay data, cloud saves, and account management are handled through the Steam platform.

2. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THIRD PARTIES (STEAM) & STEAM INTEGRATION
The Software is distributed exclusively through Steam and uses the Steamworks API to deliver core gameplay, multiplayer, and social features. 

To facilitate co-op matchmaking, peer-to-peer networking, and online features, the Software locally processes and may display your public community data and game-related metrics (including, but not limited to, your Steam Persona Name (username), Steam Avatar, Steam ID, Steam Achievements, and in-game statistics) to you and other players across any and all game menus, screens, and user interfaces. 

Furthermore, the Software interacts directly with Steam Services to update and display:
- Steam Achievements
- Steam Leaderboards (rankings, scores, and related statistics)

Developer does NOT harvest, store, or maintain this personal or public profile data on any private external server. All such data is processed in real-time via the Steam API to provide the intended multiplayer and cooperative experience. Epic Games (Unreal Engine): The Software is developed using Unreal® Engine 5. Technical data, including hardware specifications, system performance logs, and crash reports, may be processed by Epic Games to ensure engine stability and help optimize software performance. 3. MULTIPLAYER AND PEER-TO-PEER (P2P) NETWORKING
"Harvest Scream" features multiplayer functionality via Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technology. 
- IP ADDRESS EXPOSURE: By using multiplayer features, you acknowledge that your IP address may be visible to other players in the same session to establish a network connection. 
- NO TRACKING: Developer does not track, log, or store these IP addresses on any external database. Use of multiplayer features is at your own risk.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) AND SOCIAL VISIBILITY
Any information shared via in-game text/voice chat, farm names, or custom character names is broadcasted directly to other players within your game session due to the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) nature of the game. Additionally, your Steam profile name and leaderboard scores are publicly displayed as part of the game's competitive and cooperative features. We do not monitor, log, or store these live interactions or display data. Users are strictly advised not to share sensitive personal information (such as real names, phone numbers, or addresses) in-game.

5. DATA SECURITY
While we do not store personal data on our own servers, we take reasonable measures to ensure the Software interacts securely with the Steam API. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. GLOBAL COMPLIANCE (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA, PIPL)
We aim to ensure compliance with global data protection laws, including but not limited to:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU)
- Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Turkey)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA - USA)
Since Developer does not store personal accounts, any requests to exercise your "Right to be Forgotten" or "Data Access" regarding Steam-related data must be directed to Valve Corporation (Steam Support).

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Software is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently processed such data, please contact us via our official channels.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

9. AMENDMENTS
Developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
