# Artwork license

The whale-girl artwork in `assets/whale-girl.png` and the derived Windows icon in `assets/whale-girl.ico` are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

The artwork is a non-commercial fan-made derivative generated with the OpenAI image generation tool from a user-provided whale-maid reference. It is included only for the open-source DeepSeek Harness launcher described by this repository.

Character lineage and upstream attribution are documented by the related [`Small-tailqwq/dsh-deep-whale`](https://github.com/Small-tailqwq/dsh-deep-whale) project. This repository does not claim ownership of the underlying character design.

The MIT license in `LICENSE` applies to source code only. It does not relicense the artwork.
