### Changed

- Docs rework: README (en/zh) now dual-audience — human quick-start plus a precise agent contract (TL;DR, exact commands, tool schemas, JSON output/error contracts). Added `AGENTS.md` for agents.
- Tool descriptions rewritten to be action-oriented for models; error messages now distinguish binary-missing (with fix), usage (exit 2), runtime failure (with image path), and non-JSON output.

### Fixed

- Plugin now `chmod`s the bundled `bin/maclens` at runtime: npm tarballs drop the executable bit, which broke `maclens_*` tools installed from the registry (`EACCES` on spawn).
- Slimmed the npm package to sources + compiled binary (excluded `swift/.build`).
