## 包含哪些 Skills

本插件提供了 Matt Pocock 仓库中**与 DSH 内置 skill 不重叠**的部分。以下 skill 已内置于 DSH，因此**不在此处重复**：

#### 工程（用户调用）

| `grill-with-docs` | 带领域建模的深度访谈：在提问中同时构建 `GLOSSARY.md` 和 ADR。 |
| `triage` | 将 issue 按状态机角色分类、验证、补充信息、生成 agent 可执行的简报。 |
| `improve-codebase-architecture` | 扫描代码库中的"加深"机会，生成可视化 HTML 报告，然后逐个深度讨论。 |
| `setup-matt-pocock-skills` | 为仓库配置 issue tracker、triage 标签、领域文档布局。每个仓库运行一次。 |
| `to-spec` | 将当前对话合成为 spec 并发布到 issue tracker（无需再次访谈）。 |
| `to-tickets` | 将计划 / spec 拆解为 tracer-bullet 垂直切片 ticket，每个声明其阻塞依赖。 |

## 安装

### 方式 1：作为 DSH Cordis Bundle 安装（推荐）

1. 克隆仓库：
   ```bash
   git clone https://github.com/Henrycheheng/dsh-plugin-matt-skills.git
   cd dsh-plugin-matt-skills
   ```

2. 在 DSH 对话中请求安装 bundle：
   > "请用 plugin_manager 安装 `D:\dsh-plugin-matt-skills` 这个 bundle"

3. 安装后，skills 会出现在你的会话 skill 目录中。

### 方式 2：复制到 `~/.dsh/skills/`（简单，无需插件）

# 只复制你需要的 skill 目录
mkdir -p ~/.dsh/skills
cp -r assets/skills/grill-with-docs ~/.dsh/skills/
cp -r assets/skills/ask-matt ~/.dsh/skills/
# ... 等等
```

DSH 的文件系统 skill 提供方会自动发现 `~/.dsh/skills/` 下的 skill。

## 使用

安装后，skill 通过 DSH skill 系统可用：

- **用户调用 skill**：在对话中提及 skill 名称（例如"使用 ask-matt"、"运行 grill-with-docs"）
- **模型调用 skill**：agent 在任务匹配时自动选择

## 适配说明

原始 skills 为 Claude Code / Codex / Gemini CLI 编写。DSH 适配包括：

- 将 `Call the Skill tool with X` 替换为 DSH 的 `Load the 'X' skill using the skill tool`
- 将 `sub-agent` 替换为 DSH 的 `subagent`
- 将 Claude Code 专用工具调用替换为 DSH 对应工具
- 添加 DSH 兼容的 YAML frontmatter（`whenToUse`、`user-invocable`、`disable-model-invocation`）
- 跳过 DSH 已内置的 skill，避免重复
- 在引用 DSH 内置 skill 处标注 `(DSH built-in)`，共 34 处

## 主流程：idea → ship

`ask-matt` 路由器描述了最常用的工作流程：

1. **`grill-with-docs`**：深度访谈 + 领域建模，明确要做什么
2. **`to-spec`**：将对话合成为 spec
3. **`to-tickets`**：拆解为可执行的垂直切片 ticket
4. **`implement`** / **`implement-spec`**：实现代码（驱动 TDD + code-review）
5. **`retro`**：回顾，改善 agent 环境
