Welcome to BYTE Bot. By inviting, accessing, or using BYTE Bot (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country, to use BYTE Bot.

If you are using BYTE Bot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

# 2. Acceptable Use & Enforcement

By using BYTE Bot, you agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Harassing, threatening, or abusing others.

Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements.

Exploiting, reverse-engineering, or attempting to bypass BYTE Bot’s restrictions.

Circumventing premium feature limitations.

Hosting, promoting, or facilitating illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

Violating Discord’s Terms of Service
 or Community Guidelines

Enforcement Actions:

We may issue warnings, apply temporary suspensions, or permanently ban users or servers.

Enforcement may occur without prior notice.

Enforcement decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

# 3. Data Collection and Privacy

BYTE Bot collects limited data necessary to operate (see our Privacy Policy

By using the Service, you consent to this data collection and processing.

# 4. Availability & Service Changes

BYTE Bot is provided as-is and uptime is not guaranteed.

Features may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime.

# 5. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access to BYTE Bot at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

You may remove BYTE Bot from your server at any time, which immediately ends your use of the Service.

# 6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

BYTE Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

Any damages, data loss, or disruptions resulting from use or misuse of the Service.

Any harm caused by reliance on BYTE Bot outputs or integrations with third-party APIs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable.

# 7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updates will be posted in the support server or documentation.

Continued use of BYTE Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States (or your country of residence if different), without regard to conflict of law principles.
