# Trademarks

“AI Shuffle”, “HobbyCoders” and the shuffle mark are trademarks of HobbyCoders. A modified build may not ship under those names or use the shuffle mark. The AGPL-3.0 license grants rights to the code, not to these trademarks.

AI Shuffle can run third-party command-line tools, including Claude Code, that you install and sign in to yourself. Those tools bill through your own vendor accounts under those vendors’ terms. HobbyCoders is not a party to that spend.

Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. OpenAI, Codex and other provider and product names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the products and services AI Shuffle works with. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
